This policy applies to all educational programs, courses, and learning materials purchased through intelconnecthub.com for our Thailand market participants. Please read through the details carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

Standard Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date if you haven't completed more than 20% of the course content.
Program Start Date: For programs with scheduled start dates, refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the program begins for full processing.
Full Refund Eligible
Request within 14 days, minimal content accessed, no certificates issued, payment successfully processed.
Partial Refund
Requested after 14 days but within 30 days, less than 50% completion, prorated based on usage.
Not Eligible
After 30 days, more than 50% completion, certificate already downloaded, or special promotional purchases.
We evaluate each request individually. If you're experiencing technical difficulties or have concerns about the course quality, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Sometimes we can resolve issues without needing to process a return.
How to Request a Refund
The refund process is designed to be simple and efficient. Follow these steps to ensure your request is handled promptly:
Submit Your Request
Send an email to help@intelconnecthub.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
Receive Confirmation
You'll get an automated confirmation within 24 hours. Our team will review your eligibility and contact you within 2-3 business days with a decision.
Processing Period
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method.
Account Access
Your course access will be revoked once the refund is processed. Make sure to download any materials you wish to keep before submitting your request.
Important: Refund requests submitted after the initial purchase period may require additional documentation. We reserve the right to deny requests that don't meet our eligibility criteria or show evidence of content misuse.
Refund Methods and Processing Times
Payment Method Timelines
Refunds are always returned using your original payment method. Here's what to expect based on how you paid:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear within 7-10 business days after processing. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
- Bank Transfers: Direct refunds to Thai bank accounts typically complete within 3-5 business days once approved.
- Digital Wallets: Refunds to TrueMoney Wallet, PromptPay, or similar services process within 2-4 business days.
- PayPal: International PayPal refunds usually complete within 24-48 hours of approval.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times might extend slightly. We'll keep you updated via email throughout the entire process.
Special Circumstances
Platform or Access Problems
If you're unable to access course materials due to technical problems on our end, we'll either extend your access period or provide a full refund, regardless of the standard timeframe. Contact our technical support first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Health-Related Circumstances
We understand that unexpected health issues can interfere with learning. If you need to withdraw from a program due to medical reasons, contact us with basic documentation. We can arrange a refund or transfer your enrollment to a future session.
Significant Content Modifications
If we make substantial changes to course content or structure after your purchase, you'll be notified immediately and given the option to continue with the new format or receive a full refund, even outside the normal window.
Multiple Course Packages
For bundled purchases, refunds are calculated based on the individual course prices minus what you've completed. If you've only accessed one course in a three-course bundle, you may receive a partial refund for the unused portions.
What's Not Covered
To maintain fairness for all participants, certain situations don't qualify for refunds:
- Courses purchased during special promotions with "no refund" terms clearly stated at checkout
- Programs where you've completed more than 50% of the content or downloaded course certificates
- Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date without qualifying special circumstances
- Individual modules or lessons from longer courses (only complete course refunds are available)
- Promotional or gift-access enrollments provided free of charge
- Third-party course materials or external resources recommended but not sold by us

Course Transfers and Credit
Alternative Options to Refunds
Sometimes a refund isn't the best solution. We offer these alternatives that might work better for your situation:
Course Transfer: Switch to a different program of equal or lesser value within 60 days of purchase. You'll only pay the difference if upgrading to a more expensive option.
Account Credit: Convert your purchase into IntelConnect Hub credit that never expires. Use it toward any future programs or courses at your convenience.
Extended Access: If timing is the issue, we can extend your access period by up to 90 days at no additional cost, giving you more time to complete the material.
